How do I check the status of my order?

Once your item is shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification from us which will include your package tracking number so you can use it to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can check your order status through our store by clicking or tapping on track order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns indefinitely after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
